To ensure a completely safe banking environment, we would recommend that before you leave the secure banking area, you clear your browser's disk cache (see below for instructions) to prevent someone else from being able to access this information on your computer. If instructions for your specific browser are not shown below, consult your browser Help system for directions on clearing the cache.

How to Clear Your Cache (Navigator 4.X)

  1. Select Edit from the Menu bar.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Expand Advanced to show cache.
  4. Select cache.
  5. Click on the "Clear Disk Cache Now" button and answer yes.
  6. Click on the "Clear Memory Cache Now" button and answer yes.
  7. Click OK to exit the dialog box.

How to Clear Your Cache (Internet Explorer 4.X / 5)
  1. Select View from the Menu bar if you are using IE 4.X; OR Select Tools from the Menu bar if you are using IE 5.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Select General tab.
  4. Click the Delete Files button under Temporary Internet files.
  5. Click OK to exit the dialog box.
